Our history

It all began four years ago with a small hostel in the heart of Kraków.
What started as a simple idea grew into something bigger: women-only hostels and villas that welcomed travelers from around the world. Along the way, we received hundreds of stories and positive reviews — different in detail, but united in their inspiration.

From these voices, a new vision was born. GIRLSTEL is more than just a place to stay — it’s a women’s space, a community, and a movement that empowers women to feel at home wherever they are.

Co-working & Conference rooms
Productive workspaces equipped for individual or group projects. Dedicated zones equipped with high-speed internet, ergonomic workstations, and quiet corners for focused work. Our versatile hall accommodates small conferences, workshops, and collaborative sessions, ideal for digital nomads and professionals.
Yoga & Meditation Studio
Find your inner peace in dedicated spaces for mindful practices. A serene sanctuary dedicated to physical and mental well-being. This tranquil studio provides a peaceful environment for yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness practices, promoting balance and rejuvenation.
Co-living Area
Enjoy enhanced hostel-style comfort in a private and secure environment. Thoughtfully designed private and shared accommodations that prioritize comfort, privacy, and security. Each space offers contemporary amenities and a cozy atmosphere, tailored for the modern woman seeking a supportive living environment.

Your safety is our top priority. GIRLSTEL's women's space is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, secure access control systems, a separate locker with a combination lock for each overnight guest, and well-lit areas, ensuring a safe and secure environment where you can feel comfortable.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Spacious, modern communal kitchens allow guests to prepare their own meals, fostering a home-like atmosphere. They are equipped with all necessary appliances and dining areas for shared culinary experiences.

GIRLSTEL is a carefully crafted space, a holistic environment where every woman can feel comfortable and safe. From productive workspaces to tranquil relaxation areas and vibrant social spaces, every amenity is designed to support well-being, foster connections, and empower our guests.

1. GIRLSTEL MINI (100–110 м²)

Format: a compact solution offering maximum comfort and safety.
Target audience: women traveling for 1-7 night, female students and city guests.
Key features:
  • Online keyless check-in (no reception).
  • Focus on safety and a female-friendly atmosphere.
  • A space designed for short stays and easy community networking.
Space modules:

  • 🌿 Common area: a small work corner (2 desks), a reading zone (bookshelf, book exchange), a lounge with armchairs and TV and a kitchen with a dining table.
  • 🛏 Living area: 3-4 bedrooms accommodating a total of 22-24 guests, each with personal lockers.
  • 🚿 Sanitary area: 2-3 showers and toilet, plus a corner for personal laundry, drying and ironing.
  • 🧺 Utility room: for washing and ironing bed linens, and storing bedding and cleaning supplies.

2. GIRLSTEL OPTIMA (180–200 м²)

Format: expanded space designed to balance work, rest and personal growth.
Target audience: women combining travel with work and self-development as well as small groups.
Key features:
  • A balance of comfort, privacy and work-friendly facilities.
  • Event space for activities ranging from meditation to educational workshops.
  • Stronger community through regular events and shared experiences.
Space modules:

  • Includes everything from the MINI format, plus:
  • 💻 Coworking zone – a dedicated workspace separate from the lounge area.
  • 🧘‍♀️ Yoga/meditation hall – a transformable space suitable for workshops, meet-ups and small conferences.
  • 🎫 Small reception area (optional).

3. GIRLSTEL MAXI (250+ м²)

Format: flagship space – a full range of services focused on safety, comfort and community-building.
Target audience: professional female travelers, digital nomads, groups, educational programs and businesswoman.
Key features:
  • Next-level space that blends a community, a hostel, a club and an educational venue.
  • Scalable concept adaptable to different cities and formats.
  • High comfort and occupancy potential thanks to a unique niche: "a safe and comfortable space for women".
Space modules:

  • 💻 Full coworking.
  • 🧘‍♀️ Yoga & events hall (for conferences, movie nights and workshops).
  • 🛎 Reception and welcome zone.
  • 🛏 Living area: 25-30 beds with personal lockers.
  • 🚿 Sanitary area: 5-6 showers and toilets, separate guest laundry room (washing/drying/ironing).
  • 🌿 Additional modules: community hall, wellness zone, beauty zone, tea lounge and transformable cinema room.
